    • The mine fire at veinlet orebady of Tongkeng Mine mainly caused by the composite role of FeS2, C and oxygen. The solutions of partial filling, deep-hole caving safety pillar and stopes, large drawing and land covering to eliminate potential causes of accidents in the fire zone are applied. Step-by-step implementation of drawing ore, closing stopes, injecting lime-water and land covering, the fire zone remains controllable. And it effective controls the SO2 emissions. This program have eliminated the significant potential accidents to mining.
