STUDY ON THE HARMONY DEVELOPMENT MODEL IN MINING CORPORATION

This paper study the Harmony development model and contents of mining corporations directed by harmony development model and based on the mine industry characteristic,build up a new Harmony development system,which composed of the production and ecology-building,production and management,production and safety,coal and non-coal,production and exterior,production and culture,production and innovation and so on,study the relations among the different parts and their functions.this research provides a new consider for how to solve some problems such as the "coal flourish corporation flourish,coal decline and coration decline".
