Abstract
With the mineral security resources mined into the deep underground continuously, mine also continues to expand, especially more and more kilometers deep mines keep increasing. Mine power hoist speeds and the function constantly accelerates and strengthens, mine digital level increases, that results in improving requirements about a series of psychological quality level of power control employees in large mine, such as their psychological reaction ability, attention ability, time-space judgment ability. The employees’ response accuracy, the abilities of attention concentration and attention distribution, emotional stability and personality status together constitute the core psychological quality affecting the safety and stability of employees’ manipulation behavior. Exploring the various safety psychological thresholds of mine power hoist system control employees, and safety psychological parameters standards, establishing employees safety psychological selection access system, these are important measures to guarantee the harmonious relationship between human and machine mine and their safe operation.
