An empirical analysis and application of coal mine on-site management execution

An questionnaire is designed to analyze coal mine on-site management execution.Empirical analysis is done according to 46 valid questionnaires.Principal component analysis showed that the factors that influence on-site management execution can be divided into 5 components,target,culture,employees,management tools and operation process.These 5 components all are positive to on-site management execution,especially management tools,operation process and employees.At the end,Xin Julong is used to show the application.
