    Design and performance analysis of the frame of seabed mining vehicle

    • Ocean seabed mining vehicle is an important mineral development equipment, the frame is the matrix of mining vehicles. This paper completes the structural design according to their functionality and performance requirements of the frame and builds solid model using Pro / E software, simplify the structure of the entity model with certain principles of the model to simplify; then imports the model into finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0 to establish the frame finite element analysis model; through static analysis, gets the distribution of stress and deformation in bent and reverse conditions of the frame. Finally, gets the proposals to improve the design from analysis results.
