Abstract
With the shallow coal is decreasing, coal mining enters the depth portion is the inevitable trend along with the mining quantity and the mining intensity enlarge. The following crucial technical problem which restricts on deep mining-deep heat damage will be out of the water surface. Taking 7446 work place cooling engineering in Jiahe coal mine as an example, heat damage controlling technology and its cooling effect are analyzed in deep mine. In the process design fro the heat damage controlling engineering in Jiahe coal mine, it is firstly raised that mine water, which provide necessary cold energy for the work place, is used as a cold source. And HEMS-PT transfer system is designed for reducing the pressure to the pipeline and equipment required. Mobile Modular HEMS-II is easier to meet the complex and changing demand at field conditions. The whole process system is Easy to operate, and has a stable performance and a significant cooling and dehydration effects.
