Abstract
Production planning is the most important and critical tasks for underground mines.As the traditional production planning has many problems like taking long time,multi-sectoral cross convergence difficulty and so on,we proposed a production planning method based on 3D simulating,described its relevant principles and algorithms.Taking Beiminghe Iron Mine as an example,we choose DIMINE as the platform.Based on the 3D entity model and production path,the actual mining model and roadway engineering model are our main objects,thus,according to the main production index input and current production status as the constraint conditions,combining 3Dsimulating with human-machine mutual,we completed the three years rolling plan of Beiminghe Iron Mine from 2014 to 2016,and it's applied in production organization and management.The results show that the proposed method significantly improves the work efficiency of production planning,thatprovides a new way for efficient planning of underground mining.
