Effect of sodiun oleate on the grinding process of high phosphorus hematite

Abstract
To study the influence of grinding agent to the grinding energy consumption and the characterization of pulp,the effects of sodium oleate on the grinding efficiency,pH and the viscosity of pulp are investigated during the grinding process.In this investigation,high phosphorus hematite used as the object and the sodium oleate used as grinding agent.The results indicated that sodium oleate which used in the grinding process can clearly affect the pH and viscosity of pulp,and reduce the grinding energy consumption.The best reduce value of grinding efficiency is 36.8% when the dosage of sodium oleate is 0.5%wt.
