Jilin Province is one of the important automotive, petrochemical, optoelectronics R & D and commodity grain bases in our country. In the past 30 years of Reforming and opening, the economic construction and social development has made a great progress. The economy and the logistics industry expand rapidly. However,because of the macro management system, enterprise management, technology development level and other factors influence, logistics industry in Jilin province has been developed difficultly. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method. Through analysis of the strength, weakness and development process facing opportunity, threat, and providing the solutions of logistics industry in Jilin province.
