Experimental study on the beneficiation of a low grade silver ores in Xinyang

On the basis of mineralogical study,silver minerals are closely associated with sulphide ores,and silver minerals could be concentrated by floating sulphide ores.According on the process parameters confirmed by floating condition tests,open circuit tests were carried on to gain the concentrate with Ag grade of 1251g/t and recovery of 88.08%.After couples of scavenger to roughing concentrates,good floating results were obtained with Ag grade of 1758g/t and recovery of 71.01%.
