A STUDY ON CORRESPONDING COUNTERMEASURES OF SYNERGETIC DEVELOPMENT OF MINING AREA AND CITY

There is an incident relationship between mining area and city. It is just the relationship that usually makes city fall into predicament because the relationship isn't synergetic, such as policies, mechanism, environment and so on. This article analyzes the necessity of putting forward the proper policy conditions by means of laws, rules, industry policies, and economy and offers corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for running the synergetic development of mining area and city.
