Revelation of Japan's aid-seamless 2-dimension circulation mechanism on oversea mineral resources exploration and development

The experience of Japan whose economy booms,prospers and then falls,serves just like a mirror,through which we can extract useful ideas to avoid "Japan-style-trap ".This thesis based on the similarities and fundamental differences,equipped with the two-dimensional seamless-aid model,extracted from Japan’s global resource cycle,compares and analyses the strategic configuration of our country’s mineral walking-out strategy with several ministries and organizations.In the end,the thesis renders and puts forward some meaningful and complete proposals from global resource exploring model.
