Study on excavating and support technology for new main haulage roadway excavation through the Changping haul roadway

For engineering characteristics of the new main haulage roadway obliquely crossing Chang ping haul roadway,the numerical simulation software ABAQUS is used to analysis distribution of plastic zone of roadway intersection.Through analysis,numerical solution of the plastic zone surrounding under the conditions of different strength reduction factor is obtained.According to the plastic zone surrounding the intersection of numerical simulation results,the main haulage roadway and Chang ping haul roadway divided into different sections,and using reasonable excavation and supporting technology,the anchor rope and steel supports dynamically added together.Monitoring results showed that the combined support programs effectively controlled intersections rock deformation and failure,to ensure that the surrounding rock and supporting structure's long-term stability and security.
