Comparative research on regimes of riverine gravel mining at home and abroad

It’s been a pendent problem to coordinate the relationship of the administrative agencies and the jurisdiction thereof of riverine gravel mining. This paper probes into the regimes in some countries that attach great importance to the riverine gravel mining, sums up several different administrative regime models, and furthermore put forward legislative proposal on how to improve the china’s administrative regime of riverine gravel mining.
