Several thoughts on university employment guidance:take China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing) as an example

Employment concerns the people's livelihood.Universities are on the front line of employment issues.So university employment guidance which is closed related with the well-being of numerous families and the stability of the country bears an extremely important significance.The employment work goes smoothly in China University of Mining and Technology in Beijing in 2014,but some issues related to university employment guidance still remain unsettled.Such as the contradiction between university majors' construction and the job requirements of job marketing,the graduates expectations and job marketing realities,graduates' job haunting and some human resources policies.This paper puts forward some thoughts on how to improve this work,from the viewpoints of systemization of employment guidance and specialization of employment service.
