THE DISCUSSION ON USING SYSTEM DYNAMICS TO DETERMINE THE SALARY OF ENTERPRISER

This paper starts with domestic and overseas research progress,and analyzes the variable factors which affect the salary of enterpriser by using system dynamics.In this paper,the author simply builds the frame of enterpriser's salary mechanism and encourage SD model.
