APPLICATION OF TWO BRANCHES MODEL IN REAL OPTION FOR MINERAL PROPERTIES
To assess the property the value of mineral properties in real option it mainly adopts to the Black-Scholes Model.Pointing to the imperfections of Black-Scholes Model,this text brings forward Two Branches Model to improve it.This text tooks Xiaonan mining as instance to calculate the value with Two Branches Model,and it proves it is effective and feasible.
