A new angle on the structure of ecological environment research process in coal-mining area

The structure of ecological environment in coal-mining areas is an important method，which is to reveal and researched amount ratios，quality ratios，allocation of spatial position and the content and way of relation among ecological environment elements.The research process in the structure of ecological environment sums up as follows，two systems，three meanings，one factor，two relations and one law.Review of domestic and international research in present，we consider that，in our country，there are significant difference from abroad in resources and environment system，particularity and importance of coal mining exploitation，proposed the variation rule in ecologically environmental structure of coal-mining area and the theory about full scope coordination and control：We regard ecological environmental factors and coal resources development as an organic integrity，based on the surface and underground as a whole，coordinated with the rule of ecological environment structure variation in mining area，constrained by the capacity of mining area’s ecologically environmental construction.It’s the optimal combination and system of organization，management and technical ways in the part of coal resource exploration，which whole process with exploration，mining，closed and reclamation.And it’s a comprehensive respect on prediction，prevention，control，management and recovery.
