Discussion on quantitative estimation of mine environmental damage costs

The paper discusses significance, contents, step and method of quantitative estimation on mine environmental damage costs. Time and space demarcation, human health economic damage, repeated and omitted calculation and error control are four issues up to now. If it does not make material progress in environmental information and calculation method, some issues with environmental damage costs calculation will not solve in the future.
