A questionnaire analysis of geological prospecting management policy in China

In order to strengthen the management of geological exploration industry,the Ministry of Land and Resources issued a series of policy in recent years.We understand the geological survey industry management policy and its implementation through questionnaires.According to a questionnaire,it shows the implementation of china geological prospecting industry management policies is not good.As far as the 15 preferential policies for stated-owned geological exploration units is concerned,only two are implemented,nine are part implemented and four are not implemented.The main barriers for how to implement geological prospecting industry management policies include three aspects as follows:① policy itself,the lack of supporting measures;② relevant departments' weak implementation;③ lack of policy implementation of oversight.According to the survey,the authors suggest Implementation of the geological survey industry management policies must made of supporting measures,strengthen the policy execution and policy supervision.In addition,in order to solve the internal difficulties faced by state-owned geological exploration units,the focus of new policy are mining rights,personnel and funds.
