    Experimental study on large diameter cavity barrel shaped cutting blasting in underground phosphorite mine

    • Cutting blasting is one important preparatory process for mining in the underground phosphorite mine production.The purpose of this experimental study is improving the cutting blasting efficiency,reducing consumption of blasting equipment and time of cycle drilling blasting,and accelerating the process of mining.After a lot of theoretical analysis,barrel shaped cutting blasting has been added one diameter 110mm empty cavity,and the loading factor and borehole stemming has been improved which been used in the production process.In the engineering background of MaLu-ping mine footwall,the field tests improved blasting distance improved from 8m to 14m,also reduced the length of borehole spacing and explosive consumption.It’s theoretical feasibility,technical feasibility and economic feasibility are confirmed by the test results.
