The equipment management plays an important role in the interior management of mine corporation,it can help the corporation to realize the safety production and improve then economy benefit.But there are many problems in the mine corporation equipment management such as the absence of professional and so on,such problems restrict the advance of the management level.This paper analysis the problems and puts forward the system countermeasure from many aspects,provides an important reference for the equipment management.
