Overseas basic geological survey in Germany and Japan and their inspiration to China

Countries with scarce mineral resources like Germany and Japan have adjusted to a rational utilization of global resources,in which the oversea basic geological survey has played a pivotal role.Based on the analysis of Germany and Japan's methods of oversea geological work,this paper gives some proposals to strengthen China's oversea basic geological work.
