PRESENT SITUATION AND TENDENCY OF PREPARING SUBSTITUTE PRODUCT OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE WITH THE NON-METAL MINERALS AS THE BASAL BODY

The substitute product of titanium dioxide, having the properties same as titanium dioxide pigment and low price, is an important approach to solve the problem of titanium dioxide production and consumption rationally. The development history, studying present situation and limitation on the substitute product of titanium dioxide are introduced in this paper, and the advantage and prospect of preparing substitute product of titanium dioxide with the Non-metal Minerals as the Basal Body are elaborated.
