Study on exploitation and utilization of water and land resources to mining subsidence in the plain area of higher underground water

There is rich water resource in mining subsidence in the plain area of high ground-water, which supplies good nature condition for agriculture production after land reclamation in minefield.Based on the land reclamation in the coal mining subsidence area, the paper divides the water-land resources to several functional areas in mining subsidence in the plain area of high ground-water, which can not only accommodate water resources effectively and establish synthetic mode of the water-land resources, but promote the benigin circulation of eco-evironment.
