The situation analysis of exploration rights selling in equipped exploration districts

The article analyzes the characters and situation of the exploration rights selling in the first two batches of national equipped exploration districts from the perspective of selling velocity,mine types,regional distribution,selling modes and capital properties based on the data of exploration rights selling.The article comes to the main conclusions that exploration rights are sold slowly,the mine types and regional distribution are unbalanced,the proportion of selling by market is relatively small,the proportion of financial funding projects is relatively large,and the new mechanism of geological prospecting should be implemented adequately.The author suggests increasing information publicity,improving exploration rights selling system,regulating financial investment,and strengthening exploration rights setting to solve these problems.
