Situation analysis of Chinese enterprises’ overseas mining investment in 2012

In this paper,the outside trends,and new situations faced by Chinese enterprises investing in mining sector overseas are analyzed,the problems these companies facing are summarized,and some suggestions are given.China has precious outward mining investing opportunities,while facing challenges as well.Offshore mining layout continues to explore,whose structure is changing while facing more severe test,like,foreign mining investment is still of blindness as companies' lack of business experience,and the aspects market is not mature enough,thus,there is a urgent need to strengthen experiences exchange,to establish and improve consulting service system,and improve financial subsidies to encourage market-oriented service platform construction,as well as improving "going out" strategy and strengthening industry self-regulation abroad.
