Evaluation model for coal mine inherent safety management based on integration of rough sets and deviation maximization method

    • To improve coal mine safety management evaluation accuracy and reduce the influence of the person’s subjective factors on the evaluation results, integrated model of rough sets and deviation maximization method for coal mine safety management evaluation is proposed in this paper.Rough sets select a few key attributes based on feature selection, and construct coal mine inherent safety management evaluation system;deviation maximization method which is a quantitative method is used for small samples to solve the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation problem, then come to get the coal mine inherent safety management evaluation results;combination of the two methods is conducive to evaluate coal mine inherent safety management of small samples.Taking some evaluation data of a coal enterprise as samples, through comparison practical data with original data, empirical results show that this evaluation method had a high accuracy,so it would be helpful to evaluate the coal mine safety management level, and be important for the establishment of the coal mine safety management mechanism.
