Experimental study of copper minerals flotation from copper-bearing pyrite

Conditions of copper minerals flotation from copper-bearing pyrite is studied.A set of copper-sulfur separation process was developed.Using combined depressants the pyrite is effectively inhibited.Good indexes of flotation can be obtained in laboratory tests by one-roughing,two-cleaning and two scavenging flotation flowsheet.The grade of copper concentrate is 20.31% and copper recovery rate is 90.82%.
