Abstract
The miners’ safety personality psychological characteristic is closely related to the job of production safety behavior.This article uses the group testing method,and "Y-G Personality Test" Scale to measure and evaluate the 365 main hoist operators’ personality psychological characteristic.It can provide the reference basis for the industrial and mining enterprises to select outstanding miners.The results show that the main hoist operators have good personality traits,the D and D' personality type is in the majority,this shows that they have ideal personality characteristics.When we develop the Miners’ safety personality psychological quantitative evaluation index,it is not only should follow the theory requirements of "Y-G Personality Test" scale but also attach importance to the participants’ special psychological background.
