Dereliction of duty in mine accidents——From the perspective of land and resources management
In this paper, the author expounded methods of judging the obligation of the Land and Resource department and its staffs within the Mine Accidents. And the paper also delivered some suggestions and discussions on avoiding the situation of “when Mine Accidents happened, staffs of Land and Resource must be punished”.
