Abstract
In this paper, the flotation separation of a silver-lead-zinc ore from Inner Mongolia was studied.Based on the investigation of the main mineral compositions and dissemination characteristics in the ore through process mineralogy, according to the aboved sample’s property, the process of bulk flotation of copper and lead minerals, and then flotation of zinc minerals was adopted. The results of the closed circuit obtained a lead concentrate grading 76.63% Pb at a recovery of 91.50% and grading 3 659.74 g/t Ag at a recovery of 87.11%, a zinc concentrate grading 55.48% Zn at a recovery of 89.15% and grading 282.84 g/t Ag at a recovery of 7.34% from the ore with Ag 310.92 g/t, Pb 6.10% and Zn 4.95%.It was achieved the comprehensive recovery of Ag, Pb and Zn from the ore.
