STUDY ON DISCONTINUOUS-CONTINUOUS HAULAGE TECHNOLOGY IN DEEP SUNKEN OPEN-PIT MINES

According to characteristics of deep sunken open pit mines(taking Dagushan Iron Ore Mine of Anshan Iron & Steel Complex as example) and their problems in production,the discontinuous continuous haulage system including crusher,belt conveyor and waste dumping equipment is described.The description includes also the automatic monitoring of system's performance,the environmental protection related with haulage and the technology of steeply inclined belt conveyor.The performance of the system and its future of application are also discussed.
