Analysis of the impact on mobile crushing station when bucket discharging based on discrete element method

Based on discrete element method and by using EDEM(a discrete element analysis software),the impact on the mobile crushing station hopper and conveyor in process of the material falling from the bucket is studied,and the impact force is calculated.After establishing the material-buckethopper-conveyor discrete element model,the discharge process is dynamic simulated,then the stress distribution of hopper is calculated.This research can provide theoretical guidance for the hopper's design.
