Analysis on necessity of cross-border M & A in China’a mining enterprises

This paper first demonstrates that cross-border M & A is an important means of enterprises in China to make overseas investment and expand international market through introducing the historic background and status quo of Chinese enterprises engaging in abroad M & A. It then analyzes the uniquely important role played by domestic mining companies in the national economy. In the end, it discusses the reasons why cross-border M & A is an inevitable road for mining enterprises in China to realize development and expansion.
