RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF ORE DRESSING PROCESS FLOW IN DONGSHAN DRESSING PLANT

To counter the property of the crude ore and the problems in ore dressing process flow in Dongshan Dressing Plant, the optimization research on reconstruction of the ore dressing process flow is conducted in the paper. If the process flow is reconstructed in light of the optimum scheme recommended by the experimental research, with rougher run ore particle size, higher magnetic field strength of scavengers and additional cleaners, the anticipated annual economic gains will be increased by 3,000,000 RMB Yuan and the capital cost for reconstruction can be returned the same year it is completed.
