Analysis on legislation of small mining in China

Small-scale mines (SSM) in China play an important role in mining industry. In recent years, the government of China has been making commitment to amending SSM laws. Based on world SSM policy analysis and various features of SSM in China, this paper puts forward ideas and paths of reform on China's SSM regulatory in aspects of legislative patterns, legal subject relations, and law enforcement.
