Revies of Mine geological environment mangin properties

Due to the complexity of mine geological environment and continual damages, it has become a harder and more prominent issue in front of the administrators. The establishment of Deposit system plays an active role to protect the mine geological environment and reduce geological disasters. However, since the understanding of the properties of margin was insufficient, practice produced some confusion. This text tries hard to pursue a deeper analysis on the properties on the point of view of the Deposit system and administrative law, which is committed to give some advice for further development of it.
