A statistic and monitor system of energy conservation and emission reduction in coal enterprises

Coal industry is one of the nine industries which consume much energy. So energy conservation and emission reduction in coal industry are significant. This paper gives indexes system from three aspects, current station, achievement and efficiency. And a monitor method is also given on the hypothesis of normal distribution.
