Based on analysis of data minming technology and mine management parameters, the mine management parameters optimization system is built by data mining. The optimized results which from the analysis of practical example have provided a few of available suggestions for enterprise leadership. It is proved that the technology of data mining is good helpful in the process of optimizing mine management parameters, meanwhile, a new method and thought has been provided for the optimization of mine management parameters.
