Process mineralogy of a gold ore and its relevance to ore concentration

    • based on the analyses of process mineralogy including chemical composition, mineral constituent, construction and structure, existing state and so on, gold of the ore studied exists in the form of native microfine granule. It is difficult to be dissociated fully in the milling grinding because of the tiny grains. According to the results of granularity and distribution analyses, the best size of milling grinding is -0.074mm85.77%. Under the direction of process properties, the concentrating flow of from flotation to roasted concentrate to cyaniding leaching is adopted. But the gold can't be recycled fully, because the gold after floating and leaching mostly exists in the form of fine inclusions.
