The production application about the KYF-130m³ flotation machine in Sizhou concentrator

This paper introduces the structure characteristics and working principle about the KYF-130m³ flotation machine,and describes its inflatable dispersion,process parameter control and medicament adding condition. The results show that, the KYF-130m³ flotation machine can effectively stabilize the production of technical and economic indexes, its automatic control system is stable and reliable in performance, adjuste the flotation machine level and the foam layer thickness according to the ore properties change, contral the yield of the coarse ore and the concentrate better,meet the requirements of the production process. But the coarse grain recovery effect is not ideal, the rotational speed of the flotation machine, the impeller and the stator specifications need to be further optimized.
