Develop comprehensive platform for project management of national land resource survey

New requirements are put forward toward project management of national land resource survey during the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) period. The paper puts forward 4 changes from service field, service object, management content, to management way under the new situation. It is significant to the unified management and the overall deployment.
